Sudhakar Yadlapalli has 23 years of experience in analytical testing in the fields of food and agriculture, drugs and pharmaceuticals, environmental, minerals and bio-analysis. He is an expert in food safety testing for trace and ultra-trace analysis. Sudhakar is the Chief Executive Officer for FirstSource Laboratory Solutions (Analytical Services) since 2011. He is responsible for the day to day operations, and also in the decision making related to marketing, quality, and regulatory aspects of the organization. Prior to First source laboratory solutions, Sudhakar had held senior management roles in various testing laboratories like SGS and Vimta labs in India. Vimta started his career as a Scientist and rose to Asso. Vice President. In his previous employment at SGS India Pvt. Ltd., He was the Head of Multi laboratories in India. He oversaw 6 major labs across India with more than 250 people reporting to him in the area of both chemical and biological testing. He holds a post graduation degree in Chemistry from Andhra University, India.
Dr. Trilochan Padhi

Dr. Trilochan Padhi has more than 25 years of experience in analytical chemistry, an expert in method development, validations, Development of Genotoxic Impurities, Nitrosamines, Extractable and Leachable studies, solving complex analytical problems in pharmaceutical analysis. Dr.Trilochan is Vice President since November 2021. He held senior management positions in reputed Indian and Multinational Pharmaceutical R&D, Manufacturing, and CRO organisations. He has played a key role in achieving national and international regulatory approvals in his previous organisations and incorporated and established cGMP laboratories. He brings good experience from reputed organizations such as Cipla, Aurobindo, Pfizer, Novartis, Vimta and Megsan and others; responsible for the running analytical laboratory fully compliant GMP system across lab operations for NCE, IND, ANDA, Release and stability studies and others. Dr. Trilochan has M.SC and Ph.D. in Chemistry, PGDES, TQM and MBA from Indian University.
